Lune
Lune is a melatonin sleep patch brand for women. We redesigned the Shopify storefront with a focused CRO strategy — structuring trust signals, urgency mechanics, and product information to move a cold visitor toward purchase. The build includes a subscription bundle with stacked benefits, a single-purchase option, and conversion-focused additions across the product page.

Subscription model with benefits
Lune's primary purchase option is a subscription bundle positioned above the single-purchase choice. The bundle surfaces tangible benefits — discounted price, free shipping, and flexible cancellation — directly alongside the selector, so the value case is made before the customer reaches checkout. This reduces the single-purchase default and increases LTV from the first order.

Video social proof
Three short user-generated video reviews from real customers are placed near the top of the product page, above the fold on mobile. Video outperforms written testimonials at this stage of the page because it removes abstraction — a real woman, real result, real words. Positioned early, it handles the trust objection before the customer reaches pricing.

Benefit icons strip
Three concise benefits with icons sit at the very top of the product page as the first piece of information a visitor reads. The goal is immediate framing — before the customer evaluates the product, they understand what makes it worth evaluating. Short labels, no paragraphs.

Bestseller badge
A bestseller badge is overlaid directly on the product image. It functions as passive social proof that requires zero reading — a visitor who skims rather than reads still registers it. It also reduces perceived risk on a relatively new brand by implying volume and validation.

60-day money back guarantee
Placed immediately below the checkout button, the guarantee intercepts the last point of hesitation before purchase. At that stage, the visitor has already decided they want the product — the only remaining barrier is risk. A clearly stated 60-day window removes it without requiring them to dig into the footer for a returns policy.
